Additionally, alcohol triggers dehydration which can make you thirsty in the middle of sleep, causing you to wake up over and over again to drink water or urinate.
  3. Sleep Apnea: Sleep apnea is a serious sleep disorder in which breathing stops from time to time. You can end up snoring too loudly, waking up from time to time feeling short of breath or panting. A serious illness, sleep apnea can hint at a long-term risk of chronic heart disease or more.
