BTB makes completion of tour operator training more flexible

Following FECTAB’s press conference this morning, BTB has provided an update to all Tour Guides advising that the Belize Tourism Board is advising current Tour Guides who will be applying to renew their licenses in July 2022, that you will not be affected as a result of not completing the basic professional guide training module. However, as noted in the previous Notice to All Tour Guides, issued May 11, 2022, the Belize Tourism Board, in an effort to make this training module more accessible to Tour Guides, will be holding courses in 2022 for tourist guides who have not yet completed this module.
