MATE Wins Australia’s Best Customer Service Award, Makes Its ‘Customer Happiness Team’ Even Happier

The “Customer Service Team of the Year – Large” was announced and awarded to all good friends of MATE, an Australian NBN Internet and mobile service provider with a customer service team in Australia.

For the third year in a row, the Aussie NBN and telco MATE have won the Customer Service Institute of Australia (CSIA), Australian Service Excellence Award. This year, MATE’s Customer Happiness Team, a dedicated team of old and new friends, is in the spotlight as they were announced as the winner of the “Customer Service Team of the Year – Grand »2021.

Dom O’Brien, Head of Customer Acquisitions at MATE, said: “From the start, MATE has been focused on providing our customers with the products and services they want, with the value they deserve. That’s why even after receiving this award for the third year, it still means as much to us as the first.

“It shows us, and more importantly, our customers that we keep our word. The past few years have been difficult for everyone, including our customer service team. Even so, they have always provided award-winning service, and we are extremely proud of them. “




MATE says this award is “just another example that MATE’s commitment to customer service is more than words, as earlier this year they were announced as the best NBN supplier for” overall satisfaction. NBN ”in Canstar Blue’s annual review of NBN suppliers.

MATE adds that “striving to do more” for its customers “doesn’t stop with this award as they have already set their sights on the Australia 2022 Service Excellence Award, but in the meantime, their“ team of customer happiness “will undoubtedly celebrate this well-deserved achievement.”
