Prime Healthcare supplies more than 200,000 COVID vaccines

At St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, Calif., Located in a major epicenter of the COVID-19 outbreak in one of Southern California’s most vulnerable and underserved areas, the hospital, as part of a historic partnership with city, county, state, and community groups, was able to immunize thousands of South Los Angeles residents and helped the city of Lynwood achieve a 50 percent vaccination rate by the end of May, much higher than the surrounding communities.
