“Personally, I got caught up watching shows on Netflix and kept sliding into the following seasons and wondered how I had finished four seasons in just two days. It’s even addicting to catch other series. Sometimes I would cut back on my sleep hours just to keep the show going, ”she says.

She has also ventured into her own business and is no longer dependent on anyone for financial support as before.

Mwiza also tried to distance herself and cut off relationships and friendships that didn’t help her become a better person or level up.

“I have also resorted to reading books and I must admit that this gave me the power and the challenge to leave my comfort zone and use knowledge and ideas to reform myself as an individual. , friend, believer and corporate staff, ”she says.

Harvard study shows that close relationships, more than money or fame, are what make people happy throughout their lives. These bonds protect people from life’s annoyances, help delay mental and physical decline, and are better predictors of a long and happy life than social class, IQ, or even genes.
